As a therapist, my priority is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, respected, and empowered. In our work together, you’ll have the freedom to explore what’s going well in your life, while also identifying areas where you’d like to grow or create meaningful change. Therapy is a collaborative process, and my approach is grounded in honesty, transparency, and mutual respect.
I integrate a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll focus on building on your strengths, developing practical skills, and working toward realistic, sustainable progress. My style is approachable and down-to-earth—I bring warmth, curiosity, and an open mind to every session.
I also believe that feedback is essential to the therapeutic process. I regularly check in to see how you feel about our work together, what’s helping, and what you’d like to be different. Your voice and experience are central to the direction and success of our work.
I’ve been in full-time private practice since 2016, and I’ve had the privilege of supporting a wide range of clients through life’s challenges. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Pennsylvania State University in 2008, and went on to complete my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Chestnut Hill College in 2014.
