It’s easy to lose your sense of direction at times, especially when life pulls you away from what once felt important or clear.

I work with individuals who are questioning their path, their choices, or their place in the world. You might be feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. These experiences often show up alongside anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or a sense of loneliness.

In our work together, we’ll focus on helping you reconnect with what matters most to you. We’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns with curiosity and honesty, and begin to clarify your values so you can make decisions with more confidence and intention.

My approach is supportive, grounded, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin building a clearer direction. One that feels aligned with who you are now, not just who you’ve been expected to be.

Over time, therapy can help you feel more steady in yourself, more confident in your choices, and better able to move forward even when things feel uncertain.

If you’re considering therapy, I welcome you to reach out for a free consultation so we can talk about what you’re looking for and whether this feels like a good fit.

I received my M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology from Temple University in 2020.
