Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, whether you’re looking for support right now or trying to navigate an upcoming transition. My goal is to create a space that feels warm, welcoming, and genuinely safe for you to show up as you are.

In our work together, we’ll focus on helping you better understand yourself, build resilience, and make meaningful changes that feel realistic and sustainable. I take a collaborative approach and adapt our work to what you need, whether that’s processing, problem-solving, or simply having a space to feel heard and understood.

I also recognize that societal systems, bias, and discrimination can have a real impact on mental health, relationships, and sense of self. As a queer-identifying therapist, I offer gender-affirming, celebratory care and work closely with individuals from marginalized communities navigating identity exploration, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns.

I have experience supporting both individuals and couples as they move through periods of change, uncertainty, and growth.

I earned my M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2024.
