It’s not always easy to create a life that reflects the full complexity of who you are.

You might find yourself feeling uncertain, disconnected, or questioning the choices you’ve made, wondering why things don’t feel as fulfilling or aligned as you hoped. These moments, while difficult, can also be meaningful entry points into deeper understanding and change.

Therapy offers a space to slow down and explore these questions with honesty and care. Together, we can look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck, explore how past experiences are showing up in the present, and reconnect with what matters most to you.

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in empathy and curiosity. Sessions tend to be reflective and insight-oriented, with a focus on relationships, emotional life, and developing a stronger sense of personal meaning. I aim to create a space where you can think more clearly, feel more connected to yourself, and move forward with greater intention.

I often work with individuals navigating life transitions, relationship concerns, questions around identity, and a general sense of feeling “off” or unfulfilled.

If you’re considering therapy, you’re welcome to reach out with any questions or to schedule a free consultation. We can take that first step at your pace and see if it feels like a good fit.

I received my M.S. in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College in 2025.
